About Us
Better together
Welcome to 38 Broadway, an exciting collaboration between the Catholic community, represented by the Archdiocese of Toronto and St. Monica’s Roman Catholic Church, and two of Toronto’s most respected names in development, KPMB Architects and Collecdev Inc.
Together, these community and industry leaders are working toward the redevelopment of the site with a proposal that will meet the immediate needs of the church and ensure its long-term sustainability, while also contributing to the growing demand for housing in one of the Toronto’s largest growth nodes.
We’ve created this site as a way to stay connected with the community, congregation, and consultants. Learn more about the project, its contemporary design and current status. Find out what other people have been asking in our FAQs. Review the documents from community meetings and applications. Join upcoming events and contact us any time. We’re interested in what you have to say and committed to working together to keep you connected and make this project the best it can be.
